How long is the typical waitlist?

Wait times vary depending on the age group and time of year. Typically, families wait between 2–6 months. Infant spots tend to have the longest wait due to our very small group sizes. We'll provide you with an estimated timeline when we confirm your spot on the waitlist.

Is there a fee to join the waitlist?

No, there is absolutely no fee to join our waitlist. It is completely free and comes with no obligation. Once a spot opens and you decide to enroll, there will be a standard enrollment fee at that time, which we'll discuss with you in detail.

Can I tour the facility before enrolling?

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. When a spot becomes available and we reach out to you, we'll invite you to schedule a tour of our facility. You'll get to meet our staff, see our classrooms and outdoor spaces, and ask any questions. We want you to feel 100% confident in your decision.

What are the available programs and schedules?

We offer programs for children ages 6 weeks through 5 years, including Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and Pre-Kindergarten groups. We offer full-time (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM), part-time (2–3 days per week), and flexible scheduling options to accommodate your family's needs.

What is the child-to-staff ratio?

We maintain exceptionally low ratios to ensure personalized attention. Our infant program has a 3:1 ratio, toddlers are 4:1, and preschool/pre-K groups maintain an 8:1 ratio. These ratios meet or exceed state licensing requirements, ensuring your child receives the individual care and attention they deserve.

Can I remove myself from the waitlist?

Of course! You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by simply contacting us via email or phone. There is no penalty or fee for withdrawing. We understand that circumstances change, and we're always happy to welcome you back in the future if your plans change again.
